UPDATE ANNOUNCEMENT: NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING



Shareholders are referred to the Company's short-form announcement released on SENS on 23 June
2026, advising that the Company's integrated annual report for the financial year ended February 2026
had been published.

The Company wishes to remind shareholders that the integrated annual report incorporates the notice
convening the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which is available on the Company's
website and was made available to shareholders on 23 June 2026. The AGM of shareholders of the
Company will be conducted entirely, and be accessible by shareholders, through electronic
communication.

Salient dates applicable to the AGM

 Last day to trade to be eligible to vote at the AGM                                 14 July 2026
