AGM 2026 – Voting Results

Anglo American plc (the "Company") announces that all resolutions were passed by the requisite
majorities at the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday, 29 April 2026. In line with
recommended practice, a poll was conducted on each resolution at the meeting.

On 29 April 2026, the issued share capital of the Company was 1,178,050,272 ordinary shares of
US$0.6239 each. No shares were held in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the
Company was 1,178,050,2721.

Holdings (RF) Proprietary Limited and Tarl Investment Holdings (RF) Proprietary Limited, the independent companies which
