PUBLICATION OF THE GUARANTOR’S INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS
ENDED 31 AUGUST 2018
Noteholders are hereby advised that the interim financial results of
PSG Konsult Limited, the guarantor of the Company (“Guarantor”), for
the 6 months ended 31 August 2018, are available on
https://www.psg.co.za/investor-relations/financial-information or
may be requested and obtained in person, at no charge, at the
registered office of the Company during office hours.
The interim financial results include a restatement of the
Guarantor’s comparative period cash flow information due to a
reclassification of borrowings advanced. This cash inflow was
previously classified under cash flows from operating activities and
has now been classified as a cash flow from financing activities, so
as to more correctly reflect the nature of the cash flow. This
restatement had no impact on the current or prior year reported
earnings, diluted earnings or headline earnings per share, or on the
net asset value or net cash flow. This cash flow was shown under
client-related balances therefore there was no impact on the cash
flows relating to own balances.
