TRADING STATEMENT


In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, listed
companies are required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the
financial results for the next period to be reported on will differ by more than 20% from those of the
previous corresponding period.

Shareholders are advised that Advanced Health expects to report a net loss after taxation, as per the
unaudited financial results for the period ended 31 December 2018, of R15.48 million compared to a loss of
R22.64 million for the comparative period ended 31 December 2017 (this equates to a 32% improvement in
the net loss after tax).

The Company expects a loss per share and headline loss per share of 6.21 cents for the period ended 31
December 2018 compared to a loss per share of 8.55 cents and headline loss per share of 8.56 cents for the
comparative period ended 31 December 2017 (this equates to a 27% improvement in both the loss per share
and headline loss per share).

The information in this trading statement has not been reviewed and reported on by the Company’s auditors.

The Company’s final results for the period ended 31 December 2018 are anticipated to be released on or
about 28 February 2019.
