CHANGES TO RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTORS

Following the recent appointment of independent non-executive directors as announced on SENS on 17 July 2019,
shareholders are advised of the following changes to the various board committees of SA Corporate with immediate
effect.

1.    Audit Committee:

      Mr Andre van Heerden has been appointed to the Audit Committee.

2.    Risk and Compliance Committee:

      Ms Emily Hendricks has resigned from the Risk and Compliance Committee and Mr Andre van Heerden and Ms
      Naidene Ford-Hoon have been appointed to the Risk and Compliance Committee.

3.    Investment Committee:

      Mr Gregory Heron (Chairman) and Advocate Oratile Mosetlhi have been appointed to the Investment Committee.
      Mr Arthur Moloto remains as a member of the Committee.

4.    Remuneration Committee:

      Ms Naidene Ford-Hoon (Chairperson) and Mr Gregory Heron have been appointed to the Remuneration
      Committee.

5.    Social Ethics and Environment Committee:

      Advocate Oratile Mosetlhi has been appointed to the Social Ethics and Environment Committee.

6.    Corporate Action Committee:

      The following directors have been appointed to the Corporate Action Committee:

      •        Mr Arthur Moloto (Chairman);
      •        Ms Emily Hendricks;
      •        Mr Gregory Heron;
      •        Mr John Biesman-Simons; and
      •        Mr Ebrahim Seedat.
