Audit Committee: Mr Andre van Heerden has been appointed to the Audit Committee. 2. Risk and Compliance Committee: Ms Emily Hendricks has resigned from the Risk and Compliance Committee and Mr Andre van Heerden and Ms Naidene Ford-Hoon have been appointed to the Risk and Compliance Committee. 3.
