The Group hereby advises shareholders that a reasonable degree of certainty exists that the Group’s earnings per share ("EPS”) and headline earnings per share (“HEPS”) for the 12- month period ended 30 June 2019 will reflect a decrease of between 20.0% and 30.0% compared to the previous corresponding period. This implies that HEPS and EPS is expected to be between 37.9 cents and 43.3 cents. EPS and HEPS for the 12-month period ended 30 June 2018 was 54.4 cents and 54.3 cents per share, respectively. This drop of earnings is predominantly due to the tough trading conditions experienced by the Group during the period.
