In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, RMH shareholders are advised
of the appointment of Mr Udo Lucht as an alternate non-executive director to the RMH
board, effective 3 September 2019.

Mr Lucht is the current Head of Portfolio at Royal Bafokeng Holdings Proprietary Limited.
He is a qualified chartered accountant and chartered financial analyst. He spent 13 years
at RMB, a division of FirstRand Bank Limited, before joining Royal Bafokeng in 2016.
