DIVESTMENT BY ENX OF EQSTRA FLEET MANAGEMENT AND LOGISTICS – UPDATE ON TIMETABLE

Further to the announcement dated 2 September 2019 regarding the issue date of the circular to shareholders
(“Circular”) relating to divestment by enX of certain legal entities in which the business of Eqstra Fleet
Management and Logistics (“EFML”) is conducted, to Bidvest Bank Limited and the Bidvest Group Limited
(collectively referred to as “Bidvest”), shareholders are advised that the Circular is still in the process of being
finalised.

The JSE Limited has granted a further dispensation for the issue date of the Circular. Accordingly, the Company
anticipates that the Circular will be issued to shareholders by no later than 1 November 2019. A further
announcement setting out the salient dates and times will be released in due course.
