CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION OF TRANSFER OF MDANTSANE CITY SHOPPING CENTRE


Shareholders are referred to previous announcements, relating to the disposal by Rebosis of the rental enterprise
comprising Mdantsane City Shopping Centre (“Mdantsane City”) to Vukile Property Fund Limited (“Vukile”), the
last of which was released on SENS on 29 October 2019.

The board of Rebosis is pleased to advise shareholders that Mdantsane City has transferred into the name of Vukile
with effect from 26 November 2019 (“transfer date”).

Accordingly, the disposal consideration paid by Vukile to Rebosis on the transfer date was R516 499 730.19,
calculated as the Mdantsane base price of R511.372 million, escalated by 6.00% per annum, calculated and expressed
as an effective daily rate, from 15 September 2019 until the 15 November 2019 as agreed between Rebosis and
Vukile.
