LIFTING OF SHARE TRADING SUSPENSION


The Board of 4Sight is pleased to announce that the JSE has approved the lifting of the
suspension in trade of 4Sight securities from the commencement of business on
27 December 2019 following the publication of the reviewed interim results for the six months
ended 30 June 2019.

Shareholders are reminded of the recent board restructure, the resolution of various disputes
and are reassured that the focus for 2020 will be on customers, employees and the success
and growth of the business.
