Voluntary Announcement: Share Repurchase Programme

Huge shareholders (Shareholders) are advised that the Company has established a share
repurchase programme in terms of which the Company and / or its subsidiaries may
repurchase up to 4 million ordinary shares (Huge Shares), representing 2.3% of the
Company’s issued share capital, for an aggregate consideration not exceeding R20 million,
pursuant to and in accordance with the authority granted by Shareholders at the
Company’s annual general meeting held on Thursday, 29 August 2019 (Repurchase

The Repurchase Programme will commence on Wednesday, 22 January 2020 and will
extend to and will terminate upon the expiry of the General Authority, being the date of the
next annual general meeting of the Company.

Huge Shares purchased in terms of the Repurchase Programme may not be made at a price
greater than 10% above the volume weighted average trading price of Huge Shares over
the five trading days immediately preceding any particular repurchase and will be effected
through the order book operated by the JSE Limited, without any prior understanding or
arrangement between the Company and / or its subsidiaries and the counterparties.

The Repurchase Programme may be discontinued at any time and the Company and / or
its subsidiaries have no obligation to repurchase any quantity of Huge Shares under the
Repurchase Programme.
