RESIGNATION OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the GAIA
board of directors (“the Board”) hereby notifies shareholders that Ms Nathiera Kimber has
resigned as an independent non-executive director from the GAIA Board with effect from 31
January 2020.

Ms Kimber advised the Board that due to increased personal commitments, she is no longer
able to continue to effectively render her services to the Company.

The Board wishes to thank Ms Kimber for her commitment and contribution to GAIA during
her tenure and wishes her well in her future endeavours.
