APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Further to the announcement released on 31 January 2020, shareholders
are advised that Mr Trevor Giles has been appointed interim Chief
Financial Officer of Oceana until such time as a suitable candidate has
been identified.

Shareholders will be kept informed in this regard.
