Shareholders are further advised that as a result of the non-fulfilment of a condition precedent to the Proposed Transaction on or before 30 June 2020 ( “the long stop date”), the Proposed Transaction failed to become unconditional and accordingly has lapsed and is of no further force or effect between the parties.
