 Trading Statement


 The Company is in the process of finalising its financial year results for the year ended 29 February 2020, which
 are scheduled to be released on or about 31 July 2020.

 Shareholders are advised that the Company expects to report earnings per share and headline per share of
 between 126 to 134 cents, being an increase of between 200% and 219%, compared to prior year of 42 cents
 per share.

 The above is based on the weighted average number of shares in issue during the year ended 29 February
 2020 of 53 592 090 (prior year period: 50 938 356). As at 29 February 2020, the Company had a total of
 55 934 179 (prior year: 51 250 000) shares in issue, of which 2 500 000 shares were issued in the current year
 as part of Africa Healthcare acquisition and Medicare Private hospital.

 The financial information on which this trading statement has been based has neither been reviewed nor
 reported on by the Company’s external auditors.
