General Meeting and B-BBEE Compliance Certificate
Shareholders are advised that the Annual Integrated Report for the year ended 30 August 2019
is available on the Company’s website www.unionatlanticminerals.com. The Annual
Integrated Report was been posted to shareholders yesterday, 31 August 2020, and contains no
modifications to the audited results as published on SENS and distributed to shareholders on
29 November 2019.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of UAT will be held at
10:00am on 1 October 2020 at Suite 405, 4th Floor, Lougardia Building, 1262 Embankment
Road, Centurion, 0157, South Africa, to transact business as stated in the notice of the Annual
General Meeting. The notice of the Annual General Meeting forms part of the 2019 Annual
Integrated Report.
If circumstances change and the AGM cannot be physically held at the above venue due to the
ongoing COVID-19 lockdown, a SENS announcement and circular to shareholders will be
released confirming the alternative arrangements for a virtual AGM.
The record date for shareholders to be recorded as such in the securities register of the Company
in order to be able to attend, participate and vote at the AGM is Friday, 25 September 2020.
The last date to trade to be able to attend, participate and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 22
September 2020.
B-BBEE COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual B-BBEE compliance report is available
on the Company website at www.unionatlanticminerals.com
