NO CHANGE STATEMENT, NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND AVAILABILITY OF THE BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT 
ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT


Shareholders are advised that the Company’s integrated annual report, incorporating the audited annual financial
statements for the year ended 31 May 2020 (on which the Company’s auditors, Mazars South Africa, have express an
unqualified opinion), has been published and is available on the Company’s website:
http://www.towerpropertyfund.co.za/towerpropertyfund/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/Tower_Annual_IR_2020.pdf,
and contains no changes from the summarised consolidated annual results for the year ended 31 May 2020, which
were published on SENS on 21 August 2020.

A notice of annual general meeting of shareholders of Tower, which will be held by way of electronic participation 
in accordance with the provisions of section 63(2) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and the JSE Listings Requirements
as read with the Company’s memorandum of incorporation at 10:00 on Tuesday, 20 October 2020, has been
dispatched to shareholders on Friday, 18 September 2020. The notice of annual general meeting is available on the
Company’s website:

The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
6 October 2020 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 9 October 2020.

Shareholders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, Tower’s annual compliance
report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003, read with the
Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2003, has been published and is available on the
Company’s website:
