Notice is hereby given that the 3 month JIBAR rate as at 1 March 2021 is 3.642% p.a. (“JIBAR”).

Accordingly, the next interest payment, payable on 28 May 2021 (Following*), for the period
1 March 2021 to 27 May 2021, will be calculated based on a rate of 5.292% p.a. (165 bps over
JIBAR).

* When the interest payment date falls on a non-business day, such interest payment will be paid
  on the first business day after the weekend or public holiday.

Next reset date: 28 May 2021.
