Shareholders are advised that the Annual Integrated Report (“AIR”), Annual Financial Statements
for the year ended 31 August 2020 (“AFS”), and notice of Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) are
available on the Company’s website http://www.unionatlanticminerals.com/
The AFS have been distributed to shareholders today, 02 July 2021, and contain no modifications to
the preliminary audited results as published on SENS today.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the AGM will be held at Suite 405, 4th Floor, Lougardia Building, 1262
Embankment Road, Centurion, 0157, South Africa on Monday, 2 August 2021, at 10:00am to
transact business as stated in the notice of AGM. The notice of the AGM has been distributed to
shareholders today, 02 July 2021.
If circumstances change and the AGM cannot be physically held at the above venue due to the
COVID-19 restrictions, a SENS announcement will be released confirming the alternative
arrangements for a virtual AGM.
The record date for shareholders to be recorded as such in the securities register of the Company in
order to be able to attend, participate and vote at the Annual General Meeting is Friday, 23 July 2021.
The last date to trade to be able to attend, participate and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 20 July 2021.
B-BBEE COMPLIANCE REPORT
Shareholders are advised that the Company’s annual B-BBEE compliance report is available on the
Company website at http://www.unionatlanticminerals.com/
