Shareholders are advised that Ms Nonyameko Mandindi ("Nyami") has been appointed as an independent non-
executive director of Exemplar with effect from 23 July 2021.

Nyami holds a BSc (Quantity Surveying) degree from the University of Natal, and has completed, amongst others,
the Property Development Programme (UCT) and the Executive Master (Leadership and Strategy) programme at
the Madrid Instituto de Empressa. She has held leadership positions at Intersite Property Management Services,
the City of Johannesburg, Nedbank Corporate Finance, Royal Haskoning DHV Engineers, and Petals Global
Proprietary Limited, a South African based women investment group, of which she currently serves as the chief
executive officer. Nyami also manages her own built environment company, Kusile Africa Ventures Proprietary
Limited and is a non-executive director of Hyprop Limited and Hudaco Industries Limited. She brings a wealth
of experience in strategic insight, technical, leadership and management skills as well as the property industry, to
