SETTLEMENT WITH GROUP WRECK VENDORS AND SPECIFIC SHARE REPURCHASE

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements released on SENS on 9 February
2021 and 1 June 2021 setting out the terms of the settlement agreement entered into by
Insimbi (“Settlement”) as well as the circular dated 6 May 2021.

Insimbi is pleased to announce that all conditions precedent to the Settlement have been
fulfilled and that the Settlement is effective.
