EXTENSION GRANTED FOR POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND REVISED LISTING PARTICULARS
Shareholders are referred to the joint firm intention announcement by Arrowhead and Fairvest Property Holdings
Limited (Fairvest) on 27 September 2021 (Joint FIA) regarding the proposed acquisition by Arrowhead of
Fairvest by way of a scheme of arrangement in terms of section 114 of the Companies Act, No. 71 of 2008, to
be proposed by Fairvest to its shareholders (Transaction), and to which Arrowhead will be a party.
The Transaction constitutes a category 1 transaction and reverse takeover for Arrowhead in terms of the JSE
Listings Requirements, which requires, inter alia, the distribution of a category 1 circular (Circular) and
accompanying revised listing particulars (Revised Listing Particulars) to Arrowhead shareholders within 60
days of publication of the Joint FIA, which would be by Friday, 26 November 2021.
Arrowhead shareholders are hereby advised that the JSE has granted an extension for the distribution of the
Circular and Revised Listing Particulars, and that the Circular and Revised Listing Particulars will be distributed
to Arrowhead Shareholders as soon as practicably possible, during the month of December 2021.
