CHANGE TO COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 31 July 2023 wherein
shareholders were advised that Billy Mokale would be moving from the role of Group Company
Secretary and that AfroCentric was in the process of recruiting a new Group Company Secretary.
Shareholders are advised that Lebohang Mpumlwana has been appointed as the Group
Company Secretary with effect from 8 January 2024.
Lebohang, an admitted attorney, is a corporate governance and M&A professional with in-practice
experience at Webber Wentzel and Allen & Overy (LLP) South Africa. She has experience in a
wide range of corporate governance matters as well as local and cross-border commercial
transactions.
Lebohang joins from Invicta Holdings Limited, where she served as Group Company Secretary
and Legal Counsel. She holds a B.Soc.Sci (University of Cape Town), LLB (University of the
Witwatersrand) and an Executive MBA degree (IE-Brown).
