Shareholders are advised that AfroCentric will publish the Company's financial results for the six months
ended 31 December 2023 on Monday, 04 March 2024. AfroCentric management will host a webcast
presentation on Tuesday, 05 March 2024, at 10h30 (SAST). A Q&A session will follow the presentation.

The results presentation slides will be uploaded to the Company's website prior to the commencement of
