APPOINTMENT OF AN INDEPENDENT NON – EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR


In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised of the appointment of
Brett Dylan Copans as an independent non – executive director to the board of the Company (the "Board") with effect
from 10 April 2024.

Mr Copans is a Chartered Accountant and his qualifications include a PLD from Harvard Business School. He is a
seasoned executive with extensive experience gained in the financial services and telecommunications industries. His
experience includes investment banking, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and advisory services to financial
institutions and companies on recapitalisations and restructuring of loan facilities.

The Board welcomes Mr Copans and is looking forward to working with him.
