Outlook

The Board of directors of ABC ("Board") wishes to provide shareholders with an update on the Group's forward-
looking priorities and strategic direction following the strong performance delivered in the interim period ended 31
August 2025.

    •   The Group is positioned to benefit from increasing institutional and retail adoption of Bitcoin in Africa.

    •   Strong momentum in capital commitments for Altvest Credit Opportunities Fund Limited ("ACOF") is
        expected to accelerate loan disbursements and broaden SME financing reach.

    •   Focus remains on building a resilient platform, underpinned by prudent risk management, governance and
        shareholder value creation.

    •   Our secondary listing on the Namibian Securities Exchange (NSX) signals a powerful step in strengthening
        our Pan African capital market presence.

The Board remains optimistic about ABC's growth trajectory and believes the Group is well positioned to capitalise
on emerging opportunities across the African investment and digital asset landscape.
