CHANGE TO BOARD AND COMMITTEE COMPOSITION – APPOINTMENT OF
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

In compliance with Section 3.59 of the JSE Listings
Requirements and following the announcement of 30 October
2019 advising of Mr Alastair Dooley’s resignation as Chief
Financial Officer and member of the Board and Risk
Committee, shareholders are advised of Ms Dhanisha Nathoo’s
appointment as Chief Financial Officer, member of the Board
and Risk Committee, with effect from 9 March 2020.

Ms Nathoo is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and brings with
her a wealth of experience in financial, commercial and
infrastructure roles across a range of industries including
investment banking, real estate management, mining and
audit and consulting, most recently fulfilling the role of
Director, Chief Operating Officer for Global Operations –
Trade Validation, Asset Protection, Clearing and Change at
Credit Suisse, London.

In order to ensure continuity and facilitate a smooth
handover Mr Dooley will remain in his current role until 9
March 2020.

The   board  wishes   to congratulate  Dhanisha  on  her
appointment and looks forward to her contribution to the
success of the company.
