AMENDMENT TO INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE YEAR ENDED 29 FEBRUARY 2024

Shareholders are advised that Copper 360's integrated annual report for the year ended 29 February 2024
was distributed to shareholders on 16 August 2024. It has become evident that the integrated annual report
as published was based on a version of the JSE Listings Requirements obtained from the JSE's official
website but preceding the latest published version. As a consequence, the published integrated annual
report did not include the separate financial statements of Copper 360, and the published consolidated
annual financial statements of Copper 360 did not contain the latest version of the CEO and financial
director responsibility statement stipulated by the JSE Listings Requirements.

Shareholders are informed that the integrated annual report and consolidated annual financial statements
of Copper 360 for the year ended 29 February 2024 have been amended to include the previously omitted
information. The addition of the stipulated CEO and financial director responsibility statement had no
impact on the previously disclosed consolidated financial statements. The amended documents are
available on the Company's website at www.copper360.co.za.

Shareholders are advised that a copy of Copper 360's full audited consolidated annual financial statements
for the year ended 29 February 2024 is available on the JSE's website at:
