INTERIM RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND WEBCAST PRESENTATION


Dipula, a South African focused REIT that owns a diversified portfolio of primarily retail, office and industrial
assets across all nine provinces, will release its unaudited condensed consolidated interim financial results for
the six months ended 29 February 2020 (the “interim results”) on Monday, 18 May 2020.

Due to the COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, the Company will not be hosting any group meetings.
Management will instead host a briefing via webcast on Tuesday, 19 May 2020 starting at 11:00 (South African
time). A virtual question and answer session will follow the webcast.
