INTERIM RESULTS RELEASE DATE AND VIRTUAL PRESENTATION


Dipula, a South Africa focused REIT that owns assets across the country, will release its unaudited condensed
consolidated interim financial results for the six months ended 28 February 2026 (the "interim results") on SENS on
Wednesday, 13 May 2026.

Management will host a virtual briefing on the interim results as follows:
