NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND AVAILABILITY OF THE BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT


Shareholders are advised that Equites' integrated report, incorporating the audited group financial statements 
for he year ended 28 February 2019, was published on 31 May 2019 and contains no changes to the preliminary
summarised audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 28 February 2019 which were announced
on SENS on 9 May 2019. Electronic or printed copies of the integrated report are available on request from
info@equites.co.za. The report is also available on the Company's website, www.equites.co.za.

The notice of annual general meeting of Equites will be posted separately on or about 7 June 2019.

Shareholders are hereby notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company's annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003
read with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and is
available on the Company's website, www.equites.co.za.
