EXXARO GOVERNANCE ROADSHOW 2026

Exxaro’s 2026 Governance Roadshow commences today, 19 October 2026, and continues
until 21 October 2026. This forms part of the Exxaro Board’s (“Board”) ongoing commitment to
shareholder engagement on governance matters.

The roadshow is led by the Board Chairman, Mr Geoffrey Qhena, accompanied by Dr Phumla
Mnganga, the Chairperson of the Remuneration Committee, Mr Peet Snyders, Chairperson of
the Risk and Business Resilience Committee, and Ms Nondumiso Ketwa, Chairperson of the
Audit Committee.
