CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND CHANGE IN FUNCTION OF A DIRECTOR


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that Robin Lockhart-Ross will retire as the independent non-executive
chairman of Fortress with effect from 30 June 2025, having served on the board since 2 July 2018 and as chairman
of Fortress since 1 July 2020. The board expresses its appreciation for Robin's valuable contribution over the years,
including guiding the business through many challenges during his tenure and wishes him well with his future
endeavours. He will remain the chairman of the nomination committee and a member of the remuneration
committee until his retirement on 30 June 2025.

Accordingly, Herman Bosman has been appointed as independent non-executive chairman of Fortress with effect
from 1 July 2025. Herman was appointed to the board of Fortress as an independent non-executive director on
29 August 2024 and as lead independent non-executive director on 2 December 2024.

Shareholders and noteholders are further advised that Ina Lopion will retire as independent non-executive director
of Fortress, chairperson of the risk committee and member of the property and investment committee with effect
from 30 June 2025. Ina has served on the board since January 2019. The board thanks Ina for her valuable
contribution to the Company and wishes her well in her future endeavours.

Changes to the Board subcommittees will be announced in due course.
