FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DECLARATION OF THE SPECIAL DIVIDEND
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News
Service on Friday, 12 January 2024, in which the Board of Directors of Frontier advised that
it approved and declared a special gross dividend of 137.38 cents per ordinary share, which
special dividend was subject to the required South African Reserve Bank ("SARB") approval
being obtained for the declaration of same.
Shareholders are hereby advised that SARB approval for the declaration of the special
dividend has since been obtained. Accordingly, the salient dates for the payment of the
special dividend are as follows:
Last day to trade Tuesday, 6 February 2024
Shares start trading ex-dividend Wednesday, 7 February 2024
Record date Friday, 9 February 2024
Payment date Monday, 12 February 2024
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Wednesday, 7
February 2024, and Friday, 9 February 2024, both days inclusive.
