UPDATE ON THE NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT

Shareholders are referred to the Company’s notice of annual general meeting
(“notice of AGM”) which was distributed to shareholders on 30 October 2019, as well as the
Company’s 2019 integrated annual report (“IAR”) which was made available on the
Company’s website.

The Company has determined that the remuneration policy included in both the notice of
AGM, as well as the IAR, contained an error in the key performance indicator table. The
correct table is as set out below.
