UNAUDITED INTERIM RESULTS FOR THE SIX MONTHS ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024

1.   SALIENT FEATURES

     Profit for the period decreased by R4.8 million to R46.1 million from R50.9 million in the
     prior corresponding period.

     Headline earnings per share decreased to 10.8 cents per share, from earnings of 11.9
     cents per share in the prior corresponding period.

     Basic earnings per share decreased to 10.8 cents per share, from earnings of 11.8 cents
     per share in the prior corresponding period.

     A final ordinary dividend of 11.5 cents per share was declared and paid relating to the
     2024 financial year. This was paid on 9 December 2024 and amounted to R49.7 million.
     There was no interim dividend declared in respect of the six months ended 31 December
     2024(2023: Nil).
