Shareholders are advised of the appointment of Ms. Nompumelelo Mokou as an independent non-executive director to
the board of directors, effective 19 March 2025.

Ms. Mokou, (M.B.A, CA(SA)) brings a wealth of experience from her distinguished career at Dimension Data since
2016, culminating in her most recent role as the managing director of Dimension Data (now NTT Data). Ms. Mokou
was also the chairperson of the audit committee of the Culture Arts Tourism Hospitality and Sports SETA (CATHSETA)
from 2015 to 2019 and gained her background in finance and auditing at Ernst & Young and Ngubane & Company.

Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 13 February 2025, which detailed board changes, including
Rhys Summerton stepping down as non-executive director and chairperson of the Audit and Risk Committee to assume
the executive role of Joint CEO. We are pleased to announce that Ms. Mokou will now join iOCO's Audit & Risk
Committee as chairperson, filling the resulting vacancy. The committee will now comprise: Nompumelelo Mokou
(Chairperson), Andrew Marshall, and Veronica Motloutsi.

The Board welcomes Ms. Mokou and looks forward to her contribution to iOCO.
