CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that Mr. Des de Beer has been appointed to the board of Lighthouse (the “Board”) as a
non-independent non-executive director with effect from 27 May 2020.

Mr. de Beer has significant experience in property investment and management. He spent his early career in the
banking industry in South Africa culminating in his appointment as General Manager, Corporate Equity and
member of the Executive Committee at Nedcor Investment Bank.

Mr. de Beer was a founder of Resilient REIT Limited, a South African Real Estate Investment Trust, where he
has served as CEO since listing in 2002.

He was also a founder of New Europe Property Investments plc and its successor NEPI Rockcastle plc. He serves
as a non-executive director of NEPI Rockcastle plc and chairs the investment committee.

Mr. de Beer will serve as a member of the Lighthouse investment and remuneration committees.

Mr. Stuart Bird, who was an existing member of the Board, has been appointed as an alternate director to Mr. Des
de Beer.

Lighthouse has primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”)
and the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited (“JSE”).
