    Availability of results

    The board of directors (the "board") of the company wishes to inform shareholders of Lighthouse and the general
    public that the condensed unaudited consolidated interim financial statements for the three months ended 31
    December 2019 have been published and can be viewed on Lighthouse's website.

    Change to the board

    Shareholders are advised that Mr Stuart Ian Bird has been appointed to the board as an independent non-executive
    director with effect from 12 February 2020.

    Stuart Bird is a chartered accountant who retired as the chief executive officer of Mr Price Group Limited in 2018
    and brings a wealth of experience to the board. Stuart will serve as a member of the investment and remuneration
    committees.

    Lighthouse has primary listings on both the Official Market of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and
    the Main Board of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange Limited ("JSE").
