REVISED FORM OF PROXY
Shareholders are referred to the form of proxy forming part of the notice of annual general meeting
("AGM") distributed to shareholders on Friday, 13 December 2024 and are advised that the form of
proxy erroneously omitted ordinary resolution number 9 in respect of the specific authority to issue
shares pursuant to a reinvestment option.
A revised form of proxy reflecting ordinary resolution number 9 has accordingly been published and
is available on the company's website at: https://www.redefine.co.za/investors/integrated-
reports/2024-reporting-suite.
The revised form of proxy will be distributed to shareholders who have indicated that they wish to
receive copies thereof and will also be available from the company's registered office and the offices
of the transfer secretaries, Computershare Investor Services Proprietary Limited, Rosebank Towers,
15 Biermann Avenue, Rosebank, Johannesburg, 2196.
The AGM will be held at 10:00 on Thursday, 13 February 2025. The last day to trade in order to be
participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 4 February 2025, and the record date for voting
purposes is Friday, 7 February 2025. Shareholders are reminded that they can submit proxy forms
or withdraw proxy forms already given and submit amended proxy forms at any time prior to the
voting on any resolution proposed at the AGM.
