AVAILABILITY OF THE INTEGRATED REPORT, BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE 
REPORT, IMPACT REPORT AND POSTING OF OTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders and noteholders are advised that the Redefine's integrated report, including the
audited annual financial statements for the year ended 31 August 2024 (on which the company's
auditors expressed an unmodified audit opinion), environmental, social and governance ("ESG")
report and a notice of annual general meeting (the "AGM") has been published and is available on
the company's website at: https://www.redefine.co.za/investors/integrated-reports/2024-reporting-
suite.

The AGM will be held at 10:00 on Thursday, 13 February 2025. The last day to trade in order to be
participate in and vote at the AGM is Tuesday, 4 February 2025, and the record date for voting
purposes is Friday, 7 February 2025.

The AGM will be conducted by electronic communication as contemplated in section 63(2)(b) of the
Companies Act 71 of 2008 and shareholders or their proxies can access the meeting platform at
https://web.lumiagm.com. A shareholders' guide is available in the notice of AGM to assist and
provide meeting participation guidelines.

Shareholders are further advised that the company's annual compliance report in terms of section
13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 read with the Broad-
Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, is available on Redefine's
website at: https://www.redefine.co.za/esg/bbbee-and-transformation.

Noteholders are further advised that the impact report, as required in terms of section 5.5 of the
Redefine Sustainable Finance Framework, relating to the following notes has been published and
