Shareholders and noteholders (“security holders”) are advised that the Company’s annual integrated report (“annual
report”), incorporating the audited annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2020, (the “financial
statements”) is available on the Company’s website at the following ink:
https://www.resilient.co.za/downloads.htm?Subcategory=2020. The financial statements, on which the auditor
expressed an unmodified audit opinion, are the same as the audited annual financial statements that were published on
3 September 2020.
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The annual report contains a notice of annual general meeting of Resilient shareholders, which will be held at the
Company’s registered office, 4th Floor, Rivonia Village, Rivonia Boulevard, Rivonia, 2191 on Wednesday,
4 November 2020.
The last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting is Tuesday,
27 October 2020 and the record date for voting purposes is Friday, 30 October 2020.
BROAD-BASED BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT
Security holders are further notified that in accordance with the JSE Listings Requirements, the Company’s annual
compliance report in terms of section 13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act 53 of 2003 read
with the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Amendment Act 46 of 2013, has been published and is available
on the Company’s website at the following link: https://cmsignition.co.za/download/files_1208/BBBEE-1report.pdf.
AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS OF THE GUARANTOR
Noteholders are advised that the annual financial statements of the guarantor, Resilient Properties Proprietary Limited,
for the year ended 30 June 2020 (“guarantor financial statements”) are available for inspection at the Company’s
registered office.
Noteholders are also advised that the audit report on the guarantor financial statements is unqualified, with no
modifications applicable.
