                                          Director update

Sirius Real Estate, the leading operator of branded business and industrial parks providing
conventional space and flexible workspace in Germany and the UK, announces that Deborah Davis
joined the Company's board of directors ("Board") on 1 December 2024.

Deborah Davis
Sirius Real Estate confirms that Deborah Davis joined the Board as an independent non-executive
director, with effect from 1 December 2024. Further to the Company's 28 May 2024 announcement
of director appointment, on 7 June 2024 Deborah joined the board of AIM-listed YouGov plc as a
non-executive director and remuneration committee chair and on 1 October 2024, Deborah stepped
down from the board of Diaceutics plc, which she had chaired.

This announcement has been made in accordance with requirements of the UK Listing Rule 6.4.6R of
the UK Listing Rules published by the Financial Conduct Authority (the "UK Listing Rules") and
paragraph 3.59(a) of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements.

No further disclosures are required under LR 6.4.8R of the Listing Rules and paragraph 3.59(a) of the
JSE Listings Requirements with respect to this appointment.
