The above transaction relates to the sale of shares acquired in terms of the Stor-Age
Property REIT Limited Share Purchase and Option Scheme (the “Scheme”). The
proceeds from the sale are to be used to settle the loan obligation in terms of the Scheme.
The Scheme has been superseded by a Conditional Share Plan adopted by shareholders
in February 2019.
