AVAILABILITY OF INTEGRATED ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
1. Availability of integrated annual report
Shareholders are advised that the integrated annual report incorporating the notice of annual general meeting, in respect of
the year ended 31 March 2024, has been distributed to shareholders on 31 July 2024. The Company's integrated annual
report for the year ended 31 March 2024 is available on the Company's website https://investor-relations.stor-age.co.za/iar-2024.
2. Notice of the annual general meeting
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting ("AGM") of Stor-Age shareholders will be held at Old Mutual House,
33 Klaasens Road, Bishopscourt on Thursday, 5 September 2024 at 12h00 to transact the business as set out in the notice.
The salient dates relevant to the AGM are set out below:

Last day to trade in order to be eligible to participate in, and vote at the AGM Tuesday, 27 August
Record date (for voting purposes at the AGM) Friday, 30 August
Forms of proxy for the AGM are requested to be lodged by 14:30 on Tuesday, 3 September*
AGM Thursday, 5 September
*Any proxies not lodged by this time may be handed to the chairman of the AGM immediately prior to the proxy exercising
such shareholder's rights at the AGM.
