Holders of the Satrix ID securities are referrred ot the announcement released on 10 July 2025, with regard to the
distribution finalisation announcement for the quarter ended 30 June 2025. The announcement ommitted the Note 1
indicating the gross and net rate of the distribution by Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs).
The following note must be read together with the distribution finalisation announcement of 10 July 2025.
Note 1: Distributions by Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) are subject to income tax for South African tax residents and
for non-residents it is subject to 20% SA withholding tax. The Gross rate for non-residents is 5.63377 cents per unit and the
net rate is 4.50702 cents per unit.
