DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SPUR SECURITIES

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008, as amended, and section 3.83(b)
of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that Spur has received formal
notification in the prescribed form on 31 January 2024, that Camissa Asset Management Proprietary Limited
has increased its beneficial interest in the securities of the Company, such that the total interest in the
securities of the Company held has increased to 10.17% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

As required in terms of section 122(3) of the Companies Act, the required notice has been filed with the
Takeover Regulation Panel.

The board of directors of Spur ("the Board") accepts responsibility for the information contained in this
announcement as it pertains to the Company. To the best of the Board's knowledge and belief, the
information contained in this announcement is true and nothing has been omitted which is likely to affect
