PASSING OF COMPANY SECRETARY AND APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPANY SECRETARY

It is with deep sadness that Stor-Age advises of the passing of its company secretary, Henry Steyn, on
Tuesday, 28 April 2026.

The board of Stor-Age extend their heartfelt sympathy to Henry's family, friends and colleagues. Henry served
as Stor-Age's company secretary since its listing in November 2015 and the board recognises his enduring
contribution and dedication to the Company.

In accordance with paragraph 6.71(a) of the JSE Listings Requirements and paragraph 6.42(a) of the Debt
and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements, CorpStat Governance Services (Pty) Ltd ("CorpStat"),
represented by Mr Bruce Allardyce, have been appointed as company secretary with effect from 4 May 2026.
The board has considered and is satisfied that CorpStat, acting through Mr Bruce Allardyce, have the requisite
competence, qualifications and experience to carry out the duties of company secretary of the Company.

Qualifications – Mr Bruce Allardyce has completed his BCompt Bachelor of Accounting Science Degree at
UNISA and has been accredited by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) as an AGA
(SA). Bruce is a finance professional with over 19 years' experience in finance, governance and company
secretarial-related matters from the level of SMMEs up to listed companies.
