RESULTS OF ACCELERATED BOOK BUILD

Pursuant to the capital raise announced on Thursday, 15 October 2026, shareholders are advised that the book build is
now closed. In light of strong demand, Fairvest increased the capital raise to R1.25 billion and will issue 185 185 185
