PRIVATE PLACEMENT BY ACOF OF R50 MILLION DOMESTIC MEDIUM TERM NOTES

The Company is pleased to advise that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Altvest Credit Opportunities Fund limited ("ACOF"),
has successfully concluded definitive agreements pertaining to the issue of new notes ("Notes"), to the value of
R50 million, under ACOF's R5 billion Domestic Medium Term Note Programme, as amended and/or supplemented from
time to time.

The Notes will be issued and listed on the Cape Town Stock Exchange on Friday, 5 December 2025 and will, subject to
the terms and conditions pertaining to the Notes, mature on 1 December 2032.
